1. Services

Lite Flight Green Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to garden design, patios and paving, decking, fencing and gates, water features, and garden maintenance throughout Belfast and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on:

• Site conditions and accessibility
• Material costs and availability
• Project complexity and timeline
• Additional services requested during the project

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences and may include:

• Deposit required before work begins
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon completion and satisfaction
• Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, or check

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption.

5. Warranty and Liability

We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship
• Structural issues with installations
• Material defects (subject to manufacturer warranty)

Our liability is limited to the cost of remedial work. We are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather, ground movement, or client modifications to completed work.

6. Health and Safety

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and follow all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and informing us of any hazards on the property.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice before the scheduled start date. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur charges for materials ordered and work completed.
